Day 01 : Arrival to Colombo

On Day 1, upon arrival at Colombo CMB airport, you will be greeted by your tour leader and transferred to your hotel. The first stop is the coastal town of Negombo, renowned for its golden sandy beach and vibrant atmosphere. Since no activities are planned for this day, you can relax at the beach or the pool of your cozy hotel. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along the seashore, enjoying the sunset and the serene ambiance. Your overnight stay will be at a seafront cozy hotel in Negombo.

Day 02 : To Anuradhapura

Day 2 takes you on a journey across the stunning Sri Lankan countryside to the ancient city of Anuradhapura, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. En route, visit the Munneshwaram Temple, an important Hindu complex. Upon arrival in Anuradhapura, explore the city that was the first capital of Sri Lanka, ruled by 113 kings for over a millennium. Visit the sacred Sri Maha Bodhi tree, which has stood for over 2200 years, and the majestic Ruwanweliseya, built in 140 BC. After immersing yourself in the rich heritage, relax in a nature-friendly resort in Anuradhapura.

Day 03 : To Sigiriya

On Day 3, after a hearty breakfast, you’ll head towards Dambulla, the central point of the cultural triangle. Your journey includes a visit to the Ritigala Forest Monastery, offering a tranquil walk through unspoiled forests. In Dambulla, enjoy a cultural village tour, starting with a Tuk-Tuk ride to a farmer’s house, followed by a canoe ride across the lake to capture Sigiriya’s beautiful scenery, and concluding with a cart ride through the lush green village. In the evening, visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and witness the sunset. Your stay will be in a nature-friendly resort at Sigiriya.

Day 04 : To Kandy

Day 4 leads you to Kandy, the capital of the last Sinhalese kingdom. On the way, visit the Royal Cave Temple in Dambulla, home to the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. Stop at the Matale Spice Garden before reaching Kandy. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and later enjoy a cultural dance show inspired by Sri Lankan arts and traditions. Spend the night in a mount-view hotel in Kandy.

Day 05 : To Nuwara-Eliya

On Day 5, journey towards Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka's tea region, often referred to as “Little England.” En route, visit the Gem Museum and the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden, known as one of Asia’s best. Traverse the cold, misty hills and stop at a tea factory to observe the traditional Ceylon tea-making process. End the day with a walk through Nuwara Eliya city center and the local market. Your overnight stay will be in a mount-view hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 06 : Nuwara-Eliya - Ella - Yala

Day 6 offers a spectacular train journey from Nanu-Oya station to Ella, one of the most picturesque hill country train rides in the world. Explore the charming village of Ella, known for the Nine Arch Bridge, built without a single piece of steel. Hike up Mini Adam’s Peak and later drive down to Yala for an overnight stay in a nature-friendly resort.

Day 07 : Yala - Mirissa

On Day 7, experience a thrilling 4x4 jeep safari in Yala National Park, the largest and most stunning national park in Sri Lanka. Encounter leopards, crocodiles, and wild elephants in their natural habitat. Afterward, relax on the beach in Mirissa, where you can enjoy optional activities such as jet skiing, snorkeling, or fishing. Day 08 : To Colombo

Finally, on Day 8, head to Colombo for a city tour. Explore the vibrant streets, visit historical sites, and indulge in some last-minute shopping.
